• We teach clients how to recognize the signs and symptoms of an overdose and how to SAVE A LIFE!

Street Based Case Management

• Provide a holistic case management service that can span across the different agencies a person might be involved with, so that they can be effectively served.
• Store personal documents such as social security cards, birth certificates, and IDs so that a person who is sleeping on the streets does not have to be afraid of losing these documents and not having the means to replace them.
• Provide a permanent address to receive mail and government documents

PB&J Dinners

• Weekly event with donated food and drinks, to meet people as they come into the city and initiate people in our enrollment process
